mysterious limited accounts

Can i get some help with this one guys? all (and i mean all) of my user accounts on one of my pc's has mysteriously changed to limited accounts and for some strange reason when i go into safe mode my administrator that once had no password now has a password, which i did not set, Help, i really need it.
