Does third-party LED strips like SUPERNITE STRIPS is compatible with MSI mystic lighting

If the LED strips you're looking at are 5050 then yeah they will be compatible. I would like to stress though that if your board supports addressable LED's only then you should get an LED strip/kit which connects to the board via a 3 pin header on the board:
