Question Myy MSI G27C7 165hz monitor is capped to 85 hz

Hi guys im having some issues with my MSI G27C7 165hz monitor i had it all setup to 165hz for a few weeks ago went into my monitor settings to put GSync on to try it and all of a sudden it's on 85hz done some investigating and for some reason everything is capped to 85hz and i have no clue what to do before this my monitor started flickering like loads and got worries.

I have no clue what to do and any help would be appreciated.

I took it off shortly after change the power port to where it was plugged into too and no changed all of a sudden its capped to 85hz im pretty sure it was capped to 85 before i put GSync on.

Cause i was noticing tears in the graphics so i went to look and it was on 85 for some
reason?
