CM are busy people, they will replay if they can

Changing name isn't a function that forums offer, its not a feature of the software. Only people who can are the devs and they do it very rarely as the have a really long list of things to do 1st. CM may have told you that had they answered.

I couldn't find a user with name: omgitzfatal on Tom's .com. If that is your user name, why are you using an alt now? and on what server?
