Name of a game

I played a game a long time ago where your char is a professor at a university. The uni isn't that important but behind of it there is a forest with bugs spiders and scorpions around.... its horror based but I don't know the name.... as your char lvls up he/she gains weird weapons like your arms become something like knives and so on.... please help me because i want to play this game badly....

Well i have only one thing its a game on PC so i can't find anything at the website from the link.... and the info i have only is when your player dies he/she has no limbs... no arms nor legs and no head... and its shaking like it was hit by lightning... you only have 2 avatars a young girl or a old wizard... and its an RPG game singleplayer....

I meant that it may be better for you to post there as you are likely to get more specific help.
I'm afraid I don't know what game you mean, perhaps someone else will weigh in and help. What sort of year did it come out/ you were playing it, do you know?
