Name of mount setup in HP DC 5850 Micro tower

I'm trying to find out the name of the cpu and heatsink mounting assembly on my MSI MS7500 motherboard. Motherboard: http://postimg.org/image/cfnjkq2a9/

The motherboard is based on the AMD AM2 platform and requires this cooler and a shroud from the front of the chassis to help cool the assembly/system though in hindsight the mounting mechanism looks like that transplanted from either an LGA775/115x(socket H) which makes the board proprietary in terms of heatsink mounting. You might want to experiment but that would be time(and resource) consuming.

Thank you Lutfij. This stock setup doesn't seem to be as good as the fan just being right on top of the heatsink.
