Name of Movie required : Bank robbery but nothing apparently stolen

Bank heist happens . however when the police comes , a bomb explodes and when they go in , they find none inside the bank (robbers move out along with the panicking bankers). the Police also finds nothing stolen. that later on it is revealed that the software was inserted to transfer few cents from one bank account to another and finally to the main villain . which movie plz ?

yes. this is it . seen this movie many years back . loved the movies. although, when i see the rating now, they are lousy. i personally think, it was well made movie.
