There are probably thousands of games this rig can play, you really want me to list all of them? Come on. The question should have been, what games this rig cannot play? Probably just a few, and then, it always depends on your resolution and if you want high settings or not. But as others said, the video card is not the most powerful out there, so when playing the most demanding games you'll probably have to use low or medium settings.

I highly doubt a 7790 can run BF4 on Ultra Settings...
