Nano Thermal Paste

Thinking Scott getting Cooler Master MasterGel Maker Nano Thermal Paste, but not 100% sure about it, most application methods I've seen for thermal paste is the grain of rice and let the cooler spread the paste, but on cooler master's packaging they show using a scraper to spread the paste across the entirety off the cpu, they also state that it's NOT electrically conductive.

I will not use an electrically conductive TIM, sorry Conductonaut.
I would do what the maker states. they did make it after all. differing flow rates, chemical compounds, etc.
they claim it is easily removable. it may not flow and cure like normal paste and may need the help of the scraper.
