I'm reusing my current Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 Case for a forthcoming upgrade. This case has two 120mm front fans and a rear 140mm fan. The front fans are connected to channel 1 of the integrated front panel fan controller and the rear fan to the second channel. The fan speed is set manually

The ROG Strix Z790 board I'm going to use has lots of fan controller connections which would provide more precise control of the fan speed. Has anyone done this and know whether the supplied Nanoxia fans are 3 pin or 4 pin?

You have the case in hand, you can identify the fan connectors by tracing the wires from the fan and then disconnecting them from the hub/controller they're tethered to.

That being said, the fans in your case are all 3pin, they will hook up to your motherboard's fan headers. You can jump into BIOS and then from there manage the fans' RPM's.
