I am looking to build a new rig for media streaming, gaming, and ROM/Emulation up to PS2 and Wii titles. So far, my build will include this setup:

Case: nMediaPC 8000
PSU: Fractal Design Newton R3 800W
Motherboard: Asus Z87 Deluxe Quad
CPU: i7 4770K
GPU: EVGA 03G-P4-3788-KR
Memory: 2 X 8Gb G.Skill Trident X 2666Mhz
HDD 1: Asus ROG RAIDR Express PCI-E 240 GB SSD
HDD 2: WD Black 4TB
Optical Drive: LG BH16NS40

So, what I need are recommendations on cooling options for the CPU and GPU. The case has front to back air flow through the cas and a 180mm fan at the rear, but I could add up to 2 92 mm fans on the front. For anyone who takes a look at this case, it supports full ATX boards and can hold a full size video card, but space is tight. My cooling options are probably pretty limited. I have no preference as to whether it is water cooled or air cooled. I defer to everyone's good judgement. I can go either way, but I want it to offer superior cost/benefit ratio performance for the components I have chosen to utilize in this rig.

And to those that helped provide recommendations on a GPU and PS... thank you very much. It put me on the path to several good options and some even more useful resources for finding the right fit for my needs and paranoia!

Anyway, thanks for anyone's input. I look forward to getting this project underway soon!

Solution
For power supply, any tier one or 2 on this list http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1925006/power-supply-tiered-list.html with 600 watts would be fine for your system.
If it would fit, grab an h100i for cooling, its a great little aio water cooler, doesnt take up a lot of room.
As for the gpu, I would recommend the evga classified gtx 780 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130943
Asus makes great parts, but their customer service kinda sucks. EVGA's quality is equal or better than Asus(when it comes to video cards), and their customer service is quite simply THE BEST in the pc business.
