Narrowing Down the Components of a Streaming/Gaming/Rendering PC

Alrighty guys I'm copming up on crunch time and I'm trying to get the ideal parts for under $1500. I plan on overclocking the CPU to around 4.2 ghz as well. Tell me what you guys think, and be harsh.

at current we have a choices for like R9 280x or 290 great for price , or a 780

yeah a R9 280x is a 3GB card , while 770 stays to a 2GB Vram.
280x is a bit more future proof right now , but 770 doesnt lack much behind in performance due to its better cooling and lesser noise!
