NAS LAN DISK wont connect to network

Hi all i Have a laser LAN disk and i was able to get into the web based interface using ip supplied from router but after i performed a factory reset the drive no longer connects to network

hi
yes there is a yellow orange light on the port
and there is a red led which is meant to go green when working but it stays red in network mode and doesn't show up on DHCP table
