Nat Type

Hello,
Ive noticed while playing CoD MW3 online that my nat type has changed from open to strict. What does this mean and which is better?

Not sure why it changes from time to time - but OPEN will give you the best gaming experience.

Type in your modems ip address in your browser, then while you are in the settings, change it to open. It helps a LOT!
