Native Resolution Became Blurry After Restarting PC

My PC suddenly restarted itself for no reason (it may be due to electricity, power outages are a common thing here but i'm not sure it was very sudden) and after that my screen became 4:3 and resolution was lowered. So i changed the resolution to 1366x768 which is native res of this screen and it was 4:3 instead of 16:9. In nvidia control panel it's listed as "1080p 1366x768". After that i restarted the computer and 1366x768 is now 16:9 but very blurry, and when i go to my monitor's settings>info it says 1920x1080 60hz which is not the resolution currently displayed. If i change resolution to 1280x720 the monitor info is correct and image is little bit more clear. My GPU is GTX 1060 6gb and i use a hdmi/vga converter.

Check for new drivers via the manufacturers website:

Fixed it by unplugging the VGA cable from monitor and replugging it.
