Nautaru Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Sound error

My nephew likes this game but just recently this error popping up, it started after we plugged in a new set of head phones with a mic (Sades sa902), - Critical error occurred in X audio2 engine.
How do I fix this?

Yes,only when the headphones are plugged in.

Video card Driver is up to date, I will check if headphones need a driver but most times headphones usually do not have drivers,I will also check the the headphones disc, will get back to you,sorry its taken me time to get back to you,I appreciate your help, Thank You.

If that doesn't fix it, check the USB plug and socket for damage.
