NB and SB volts

Is it safe or necessary to raise the NB and SB voltage if you are going for a higher FSB instead of multiplier ? I am at 15.5x with a 220 Fsb at 1.41 cpu volts. But if i go any higher with my Fsb even raising my cpu volts wont help. I like the Fsb cuz it also raises my memory Mhz too. Im at 440 Mhz with my OCZ DDR2 800. Any suggestions ?

raising the NB voltage by .1 can in some situations increase stability.
I've even read about people increasing it by nearly 1.0 v
Play w/ it slightly to see
SB won't affect your CPU overclocking, but it would if u were tinkering w/ your video card or any other add-on cards
