nba 2k13 not working

after I downloaded the game it always says wrong disc even though the disc is in I cant play it please help what should I do?

If you downloaded the game from a legitimate source why do you have a disc? Downloaded games do not generally have a disc. It sounds to me like you pirated the game and burnt it to a disc. If that is the case we will not help you break the law.
