NBA 2k16 ON PC Won't Start UP

I know this is a hardware website but I asked another site and just want to see what answers I can get that will help. I downloaded NBA 2k16 on my pc today and the entire screen was red when I started it up. There was only very few buttons that would actually work and the few that did were off. This is because I have an ultra wide and the game doesn't support ultra wide. Is there any reason the screen was completely red? and Is there a way to change the resolution scaling on your first start up of the game before you do anything. Thx.

Where did you download the game from? Were there any issues (errors) during the installation process? Is Windows fully up to date?

I downloaded it from steam, there were no issues downloading it. Windows it fully updated. I finally got the red thing fixed. It was because I was in full screen on an ultrawide. I put it in windowed full screen and now only half the screen is showing. I dont understand why this game has so many problems.

Could just be poorly optimized. Glad you sorted out, at least part of, the problem.
