the rad does not come with it, that pic is an example demonstrating how a 240 rad can be mounted in the side
 
Awesome little case, I would have liked an approach similar to the Falcon Tiki where the GPU sits vertically but this is probably the best soon to be commercially available mini-its case.
 
Reading all over hardforum, with the exception of the dual watercooling system, the thermals are all looking like 88-90C with a 7970. That seems hot to me.
