NCIX(US) Order taking forever

So I recently did a pc build with NCIX US, they are basically like Newegg and so I did a "DIY" sort of computer build. I cost me $1,700.00 just for the pc, plus and extra 95 for express shipping. Express my <mod edit>. it said 3-5 days. I ordered it a week ago and have gotten an email that all my parts are in stock and ready to be shipped. That was about 9 days ago. anyone else have a problem like this with NCIX?? first time ive ever had this happen with them.

No ive had next day delivery from them before it sounds like an issue with the shipper most likely id call and inquire more with them im sure theyd be able to tell you whatsup

This is my 3rd computer build, I don't want to seem like I'm hating on them its just not like them. I did send them an email yesterday to see what was taking so long but have not received one yet. Cant imagine how long it would have taken if I did standard shipping.

I haven't ordered from them but once and I didn't select any sort of express shipping. However it was the longest I've ever waited for a part to show, taking nearly 10 days for an item that was in stock. Nothing against their customer service (haven't needed it) and they packaged the item great but I wouldn't rush to use them again if I needed anything that was time sensitive. Tiger, newegg and amazon (though I use prime so that helps) I get items much faster.
