My motherboard is AsRock N68C-GS FX
Specs says "4 x SATA2 3.0 Gb/s connectors, support RAID (RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1, RAID 5 and JBOD), NCQ and Hot Plug functions"
BIOS shows no AHCI support.
I have ordered my Samsung 256 GB SSD already.
Speed will be less than 300 MB , and TRIM will work in IDE mode. I am ok with that. Still I will get 200 MB + read speed.
But NCQ and Hot Plug functions will work without AHCI in IDE mode ?
