NEC 1760v glitch ?

Hello all, I recently bought a NEC 1760v flatpanel and I am really happy with it, except one small thing. Whenever I scroll down a webpage, for instance this one all text on it flickers,it looks like its going from bold to regular really fast. Ive tried everything from changing refreshrate,resoultion,hardware acceleration, to just trying to lower brightness, contrast. Nothing seems to work. Its a very small thing to complain about I guess, but id still like to know if this was an regular occuring thing with most lcds, or if mine is actaully faulty.

I would apprechiate any info, advice on this.

I have the NEC LCD1760NX - using DVI - and I have the same 'feature'.

I belive it's inherent to all LCDs - check recent LCD reviews.
