NEC DP2070SB-BK 22 Vs. FP2141SB-BK 22

Looking on Newegg, both of these monitor specs are the same, but the FP2141SB-BK 22 is $40 more. Any difference between the two that you guys know of? Thanks.

Those are the same monitor. The Mitsubishi one will cost more for the name.
