NEC FP912SB-BK: A Gamer's perspective?

I'm trying to find a new monitor to replace my dying one as quick as possible and so far it seems that the NEC FP912SB-BK has been recommended the most often.

However I was hoping to get some advice regard this monitor from a gamer's perspective. Is this thing worth buying or is there something better out there that won't cost me an enormous amount of money more to buy?

Also, is this monitor also good for playing movies?

Please give me information on this monitor's flaws, strengths, and any other relevant information that you think would be important to a gamer and a movie watcher about this monitor. Thanks!

I could be wrong but as far as I could tell, when I was looking for a 19" for my brother, this monitor is discontinued.

The 930sb is the same monitor from what I understand.

Everyone loved the 912sb so if the 930sb is the same go for that instead. I did a little bit of looking and people are charging your first born to still get the 912sb.

lot of ppl are recommending this monitor and i personaly will buy one once i find but i think it is no more available therefore i will go with dp930sb-bk
