NEC LCD1760V Response time

The February 21, 2003 article on this site states that the time is 16 ms, boasting as one of the lowest. However, the NEC web site, as well as reseller web sites, states that it is 25ms. Anyone?

No, The NEC site says (16ms - Typical)Most manufactures publish the maximum response time black to white transition. I would like to know what they mean by "Typical"
