NECESITO Afudos BIOS update tool V2.38

Por favor. alguien de ustedes tiene esta aplicación que sirve para actualizar el bios de mi motherboard M4A78T-E???? desde la pagina oficial de ASUS no se puede descargar. quizás alguno de ustedes lo haya descargado cuando si se podía? TENGO UN PROBLEMA CON MI PLACA QUE SE REINICIA CUANDO LA INTENTO APAGAR. (es decir jamás puedo apagar mi pc de manera habitual) tengo que desconectarla directamente del tomacorriente y eso en cualquier momento me malograra mi PC. he intentado de todo y nada. Todo esta descartado, excepto el ACTUALIZAR MI BIOS. Pero necesito esta aplicación para poder actualizar mi bios:

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PLATE TO BE RESTARTED WHEN THE ATTEMPT TO TURN OFF. (i.e. never can I shutdown my pc regularly) I have to unplug it directly from the outlet and that at any time apart I my PC. I have tried everything and nothing.
