WHen I overclock the CPU Is necessary to overclock the RAM...
actually i use type 1600 Ram which is not OC...
Please give me suggestion about it?

The only time RAM overclocking translates to useful performance changes is when the system RAM is being used as VRAM, AKA; an AMD APU. Outside of that, RAM overclocking is largely a novelty with very slim performance scaling.

actually am use AMD FX 8350 black edition and try to oc at 4.2 GHZ
frends WHICh RAm do you prefer
corsair vengence pro x16 gb 2400 MHZ
Trident x 16 gb 2400 MHZ
Corsair vengence x 16 gb 1600 MHZ

Running 2400MT/s RAM speed on the FX-8350 requires CPU-NB overvolting and overclocking, which is generally counterproductive to performance in the grand scheme of things, as that thermal dissipation is better spent on CPU overclocking.

All 3 of those kits have really tall heatsinks that will get in the way of pretty much any large format heatpipe based cooler. Something to keep in mind...

If I were selecting a 2x8GB RAM kit for a performance tuning AM3+ system with an FX-8350 I would pick a kit with one of the following profiled speeds/timings/voltages:
1600-8@1.35V
1600-7@1.5V
1866-11@1.35V
1866-9@1.5V
1866-8@1.6V
2133-11@1.5V
2133-9@1.6V

Any kit that can do those speeds/timings/voltage out of the package will give you both a fast-configuration option using the XMP profile for great performance, but also allow you to explore the vast majority of performance tuning capacity of an 8350's memory controller. (any of those kits would be capable of running 2400MT/s if you really wanted to push for that speed).
