Nee help to overclock the CPU E6600 on Asus Striker Extreme

I would like to overclock my CPU E6600. Can some one tell me how i need to set right configurations and the voltages?

My aim is to set the CPU running @ 3.4


Asus Striker Extreme
E6600 @2.4
OCZ SLI-Ready 2Gb dual channel 1066Mhz

Go in to BIOS and overvoltage set it to 1.375. Then just set your FSB to 1425. Voila
