Need £400 build, please help me?

WHAT WILL I BE USING MY COMPUTER FOR: I will be using this computer for mainly html and java coding, bit of gaming but more important i will be doing alot of mutitasking - ect, i will have about 1 - 50 notepad files open at one time and quite alot of web browsers also skype and music in the background.

BUDGET: £400 (if you can go under £400, please do.)

WHEN WILL I BUILD IT: i will be building this computer whenever i agree on a decent build which fits me.

Location: london, uk - england

Overclocking: Maybe - never realy done much overclocking

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe - never crossfired and dont really know how.

Additional Comments: i would like this computer to be quite quiet also amazing for mutitaking and speed.

With respect, EXACTLY what have you already. Make/model of PSU/Case/HHD. Not much point in us ASSUMING they're suitable. Then what about monitor(s) , keyboard/mouse, operating system; if you need all that, in £400, you are asking a bit much. Then, what do you expect, in terms of "bit of gaming". The onboard graphics, in some modern processors will do a bit, but you're not going to be playing Battlefield 3, or Crysis, with them.
