2 from XFX are PRO series they are TIER 1, EVGA one is Tier 2

These are the cheapest quality PSU with 850w or more, maybe you can get one with less than 850w what components do you need to power ?

XFX 750w would be very tight, you should go with 850w one there really isnt any cheaper good quality PSU than the ones in previous

the minimum recommended to you is 750, but you would be better with a 850w+

Look at an XFX 750W or Seasonic 720W power supply.
