Need a 3D Graphics Card Recommendation

I have an HP Pavillion H8-1234 Desktop. I use Google Sketchup, Autocad, and Vectorworks drafting software regularly. The computer often freezes when I'm using Sketchup. I think I need a dedicated 3D Graphics card but have no idea what to get. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations. Here are my computer specs
