So bought a new GPU for my pc, and that requires me to upgrade my Power Supply. I need at least 350W.

Here is a link to the graphic card i will buy. (Scroll down on the page to find specs)

It was really hard to find out what type of motherboard i actually have. But when i asked in Acer support chat they said
"The part number for motherboard is: DB.SKJ11.001
MB KIT AX3475 AMD A75 REALTEK 8111FA ACER LOGO Y W/O 1394 V1.0 LF DTX"
I managed to find a link to an Ebay page offering the motherboard that i have.

So i need a new Power Supply that will fit into my GPU and Motherboard and needs to have atleast 350W. I really dont want to use too much money, but i'd rather pay a little more for a quiet one. :)

What's the case look like? Especially the back. Can it support full ATX power supplies?

An FM2 processor plus a GTX 960 will draw about 371W, so you will need at minimum 400W, but to be on the safe side I'd actually recommend going with a 450W - 500W to be on the safe side.

But if you post a picture of your case it will help to determine what PSU to run.

Thanks for the quick answer. My computer model is Acer Aspire x3475
I realize that it is way too small to host any sort of 500W power supply, so i am not looking for that. I may put the power supply at the side or something. I just want a cheap, good, 400w-500w, quiet Power Supply that will fit my motherboard and GPU :)

It's more limited by the case rather than the graphics card, and judging from the size of your case it looks like your case won't be able to support a 960. You can really only run half height cards due to the size restraints of the case. If you want to run a 960, you might have to build a whole new system from scratch.
