Need a 4k business monitor with Windows-7 / intel HD4000

Hi, I'm looking for a 4k monitor for business use when I'm working at home. Not sure if it will work with Windows-7 Enterprise lenovo business laptop.
Graphics is intel HD4000.

It has no HDMI ports.
Using a docking station with 1 x DVI port, 1 x Large display port.
My work laptop cannot be modified.

Also wish to connect with my personal home laptop Macbook Pro 15"-Retina.

I don't play games. But do watch BBC iPlayer occasionally and the odd movie via Netflix.
Preferred size around 27-30-inch display.
Budget £300-£400.

2560x1600 is the max resolution for HD 4400 graphic adapters. 4k is not supported. 2560x1600 monitors of any quality at all by a non-off brand manufacturer are prohibitively expensive, starting at about 700 bucks and going up from there. I'd go with a nice 1440p monitor since you're not gaming. Picture will be much better than a 1080p and your adapter will handle video and movies with no problem.
