Question Need a better graphics card than my Radeon 7770

Hi there, I need a new "budget" graphics card to replace my old Radeon 7770 card.
But Im not sure what to buy. I only play Fortnite on low settings and now I get about 40 fps.
My monitor does only support 60 fps. So what should I choose.
I may prefer a card that uses a 6 pins power cable, or maybe no power cable at all
I have a i5 4690 cpu and Asus Z97-A mothetboard with 8 GB Ram

RX 580 is probably the best for price/performance on the lower end of cost.

If RX580 is the best, what would number 2 and 3 option be
I always have had Geforce GFX cards, and would like to go back after having a AMD card for a while
And Im getting 40 fps now on my Radeon 7770 and only need 50 procent more speed to get 60 fps
