Need a Budget Build for a Store

I need to build two computers to be used in a store to take/process/record payments.

These computers need a quality power supply and parts.

Here is what I'm looking for:
-Any CPU will do, honestly. Even a Dual-Core Pentium should be fine.
-2GB RAM is fine. I'll probably buy 2 2GB sticks and use one in each PC, if possible.
-Any 7200RPM hard drive is fine. Try and get a quality WD. Storage space doesn't matter, no more than 60GB will be used.
-No operating system. I already own Windows 7 Professional, legit.
-Small sized case. the smaller, the better. Hey, maybe I can get a little tiny HTPC case in?
-DVD Reader, of course.

These machines will be running 24/7 with the highest uptime possible. I need something that won't fail in a couple years. They won't be used any anything close to "demanding".

I don't care if the CPU is Intel or AMD, at all. I use both. However, it needs to support 64-bit. Do any CPUs NOT support 64-bit?

Budget: $250 (can go a bit higher)

I would personally rather have 320GB HDD than 32GB SSD. If this is the main computer for the business, they are not going to want to run out of storage, and 32GB does not give you much. Presumably they want to be around for a long time and who knows what kind of storage they might need in the future.

Here is a Celeron G540 build for $245. This includes a DVD drive. You don't mention this, but again it will probably come in handy at some point in your business's future. I have a more expensive case that looks a bit more durable than the one you picked, offset by a cheaper PSU. This is a bit of a risk but this build should not strain your PSU and personally I have never had a PSU issue in 20 years of using computers.

I also have 4 GB memory. Not a big deal, but 2GB is a little light these days, and 4GB would be more likely to keep you from needing an upgrade in the future.
