Due to a faulty PSU i think my MOBO has been hit and is affecting some other functions.. really no way to tell but it's just another thing to tick off the list that might fix my other problem.

I currently have a GA-Z77X-D3H
Need a replacement board that has capacity to hold these as well as being a CHEAPEST as it can be. Located in Australia

i7-2600k
2 x 4GB Ram
CPU_FAN or atleast one SYS_FAN header
780 Ti ASUS

Other specs are:
750 W PSU Coolermaster, not sure model.

Nothing to do with price. It need to be a z67/z77 and I think p67 also would allow it. Anything new is going to be sky high as those havnt been manufactured in 4 years now. Used is getting to the point they are fairly expensive too.

Loose the OC. 200 Mhz is not worth it in either power or thermal issues. OC on an i7 does require something of the motherboard as well. You cant buy the cheapest shit lying around, and expect it to perform with over an overclocked i7. There are power requierements that needs to be taken into consideration.
