Question Need a Budget MoBo with 7.1 and LGA 1700

TL;DR

Need a budget MoBo with subwoofer jack + LGA 1700

I'm trying to build a system with the following:

i3 12100f
GTX 970 (from my old PC)
Patriot Viper Elite II 2x8gb
Corsair CC-9020130
Creative Inspire T7900 7.1 Surround

Samsung SAPSI 980 1 TB
WD SN350 1 TB (Can give up on this one)

Because I have a low budget I'm trying to go for upgradability with LGA 1700 sockets. The reviews I've read point towards H610 and H660.

However I use orange/black audio jacks for my 7.1 audio set and these cheap cards don't seem to have the sockets for them.

1) Is there a cheap but decent mobo for what I want to build?

2) Do you have a suggestion for this build? (I want to; stream and play variety of games like Total War, Deep Rock Galactic, FF7 Remake; also want to create/mod low-poly unity games mostly using premade assets)

3) Is there another way to use the 7.1 without orange/black audio jacks? Or do I need to make budget for a particular mobo for better audio experience?

Turkey, 2800 turkish liras, (120-160$ but there is some wiggle room. Could go for AM4 instead of LGA 1700. Could also remove extra SSD from list if a better mobo would affect the performance, longevity etc.)

These boards are insanely expensive compared to US / UK prices but they have 7.1 Realtek audio codec.

ASUS Prime H610M-A D4 + Soundcard? (I have no idea how soundcard works for 7 +1 speaker system)
or
MSI MAG B660M MORTAR DDR4

I heard good things(pun not intended ) about soundcard output quality compared to mobo-integrated counterparts. However I'm a bit clueless about where to start research. 7.1 speakers are not so popular for PC anymore I'd guess.
