Need a budget motherboard for my parts

I'm looking to build a PC and desert my current Dell Inspiron 7559 laptop.

I have trouble finding a motherboard for this build, this particular part is confusing to me compared to others, I don't know which is good or bad or compatible with the rest of the components. For the price, I'm expecting under $100 CAD.

does it matter that my RAM has 3000 speed while the motherboard has 2933 as its closest? I do see several other motherboards that has 3000 listed, but it's slightly more expensive, I don't mind crossing over the budget just for the perfect 3000 number. I don't even know if having both speeds match provide some benefits.
