hey guys im building a computer with a friend and he budget is $1100 and i need the best possible with that, we dont need sdd or windows we have thoes already, He would like Amd but he said anything fine, 8gb ram min 16 max thats all, thanks guys

forgot about the Currency, yeh the kids rich so if it cost 1.5k he should be fine he just dosnt wanna pay like $3k-2k he wanterd to keep it near 1.1k or 1.3k , thanks for the build
