Need a cable for my 144hz monitor

I need a new cable for my 144hz monitor. I have a DVI-D and an HDMI but the DVI-D isn't dual link and I have no idea if my HDMI is 2.0 or not (it probably isn't). Should I get an HDMI 2.0 or DVI-D dual link? Or maybe a DisplayPort 1.2? Which one is the best and can you give me a link to the best offer on the market for the one you suggest? Thanks!

My mobo is the asus z97-a so it supports any of these.
