Need a Card for 4k Gaming

I know they recently released Titan X Pascal

But few games it touching 10.5gb vram with AA and ultra settings like tomb raider in few maps etc

Memory Wont sli in pascal too right ??

Please suggest me something ... Do I have to buy (2 x Titan X) or wait for next year ??

I have one 970 card .. can I sli this 970 with Titan X ??

If I sli which Vram memory will my pc use ??

A single Pascal Titan X should be more than good enough to run at 4K, let alone 2 of them. If you've got deep pockets, a Titan X SLI setup should last you years.

You can't SLI a 970 with a 10 series / Titan X as they're completely different architectures.

No. SLI has to be the same gpus. You might be able to use your 970 as a physx card.

I don't believe you can SLI those, but I'm not positive. I am positive that you wouldn't want to even if you could though. The single Titan X will do very well in 4k. You'd just run into more problems than you solved if you tried to SLI.

If you absolutely need to SLI, you could consider GTX 1080 SLI, but with the way things are going. SLI/CF is getting worse support as of late. A single Titan X(Pascal) is probably your best bet.
