ok so i am building a new pc and the case i am using is sold out can you recommend a new Good case around the same price i would like it to be around the same price and in Black/Red or other colour's that match my build !

Not sure of any other red/black cases. I'm guessing you mean the h440 is out of stock? If you can't wait, my suggestion would be to choose a better case that's close rather than a lesser quality case to suit a color scheme.

Are you sure it's out of stock? I just went to vuugo and it shows it's in stock. I could offer an alternative like the enthoo pro m which is about the same size, similar design with the raised feet and square side panel window with psu cover but it's not exactly the same. It's a bit less than the h440 at $110 cad with free shipping, only has one fan so you'd need to add some fans to it. Would give you a chance to add some red led fans or something to try and get the red/black theme.

Maybe check vuugo again though because like I said it says in stock on the product page so maybe they got more in.

Check out the Define S window, while it does not have the nice power supply cover/channel, it still builds a nice looking system.

(was debating myself between the define S, H440 and Thermaltake V51 riing myself last week. )

How is the nzxt phantom 510 ! and the cases u talk about does my buld fit in it like cpu cooler space graphics card !

The Define S has more than enough room for whatever videocard you go with.
up to 3 HDD and 2 SSD can mount to the back
you have plenty of room for up to 2 360mm radiators and 2 120mm radiators at the same time.
it's currently on sale on newegg, N82E16811352055 is the part number, $59.99 is the cost. it's build for watercooling, so it has the space for reservoirs, pumps, etc.

The NZXT, I like the looks of the S340 and H440, but not the 510 so I cannot make a recommendation on it.
