i think my CPU is overheating when i'm playing games (temp goes up to 60-80 degrees celcius when gaming), so i need a cheap air cooler that is around 30 pounds ish. if needed my motherboard is a B150M-DS3H DDR4, and my Graphics card is RX 480 4GB. and my case is a BitFenix Nova midi tower case

Also, what are good temps for my CPU and GPU, and what temperature is acceptable when gaming and what temps are bad. thanks.

The best option for under 30 is the Cryorig M9i. If you can spend a bit more the H5 is a better option but its pricy and the biggest your case can handle.
