Hi,
I am from india.I'm building my first custom pc, its simple and sophisticated to things I use.
Specs:
AMD FX 6300 (3.5 ghz hexa core)
Gigabyte 78lmt usb 3.0 (rev 4.1)
Kingston 4gb ddr3 ram (1333 mhz)
XFX Radeon HD 7850 graphic card (2gb)
Seagate barracuda sata hard disk (320 gb)

I need a good psu for above configuration below 3000 rupees...

I can get them from indian online shopping sites like, flipkart.com,snapdeal.com,ebay.in,etc.

planning to moderately overclock my pc! Without increasing my voltage to processor and graphic card!
Any advice for improving above config would be appreciated! :)

Solution

You should buy the Corsair CX450 builder series. Here's the link its within 3000rupees and can power the 7850 pretty well:http://

Way about an antec series psu...vp 450 i guess!
And would vx430 be enough, even when i overclock my processor and graphic card? :/

I would seriously get atleast a 500W PSU(quality one) if you plan to OC, like the unit I posted.

If you want to look after your machine you want a good quality PSU(which is a bit over budget) but anyway here's a review of the antec:

I will look further for 3500.

The VS 550 seems like it will do the job for you: http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs550-550-watt-psu/p/itmdg36xx8yzgjrs?pid=PSUDG34775NHYDHK&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=550w+psu&ref=382129bf-f6a2-4113-9b7d-82cd46256e00

Go with VS 550 if you cannot afford the seasonic, review of the VS 550: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/psus/2008/05/06/corsair-vx550w-power-supply/6
