I currently am running on the Vega 11 integrated graphics from my Ryzen 5 2400G (2x8 2666, b450m pro4, 650watt psu) and I quite obviously am gonna need a dedicated gpu to boost my systems gaming performance but as I am new to the pc building I don’t know what would be a okay upgrade but not over the £160 mark if possible

I have this exact GPU, games well at 2560x1080P/75hz (1080P Ultra wide), able to do the High preset on the Division 2 above 70FPS.

What is the exact model of your PSU?

There is a 8gb version though if your concerned about vram usage.
