Need a compatible motherboard for
32 gb (4x8gb) Ballistix sport 1600mhz,
Intel Core i5-6600K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
I Also want to be able to OC (Overclock) The CPU.
Oh, and the the price of the mobo must be below 150£.

First off you are going to need to change the RAM to DDR4 since both the CPU and MOBO won't support DDR3. For a motherboard I would choose between these options:

I already have the ddr3 ram, so could I possibly change the CPU?
