Need a computer for around $250

My wife needs a new computer. She runs a small business from home and uses Quickbooks, listens to music, surfs the net, and reads her emails and that's about it. I've built gaming computers before but trying to find the best low budget system out there has been difficult. She needs everything except a power supply and I'd like to run Windows 7. It needs to be around $250. I'm willing to build it if needed.

Any help would be much appreciated.
