Question Need a cooling recommendation for an i7-7700(non k)?

Hi guys as title says I was wanting a recommendation for a cooler for my i7-7700 cpu (non k version) as the stock fan is starting to wear and i am getting temps hovering around 80 degrees celcius in game and experiencing some graphical jitter because of it.
I have a gtx 1070 ti also.
Is there a popular make/model of air cooler currently that would be a good pick up?

How much are you willing to spend?

Bare minimum would be Hyper 212 evo class cooler.
For better thermals/lower noise - Cryorig H7, H5, Bequiet Dark Rock 4, Noctua NH-U12A, NH-U14S, NH-D15S

I've heard people mention the Cryorig h7 to me before. I can see there is the regular H7 and the H7 ultra, is there much difference in getting the ultra?

H7 and H7 Ultra are very similar (basically the same).
Biggest difference is with H7 Plus. That has 2 fans instead of 1.
