Question Need a CPU and MOBO for my friends GTX 1080

Ok, so Im gonna start like this. My friend recently sold his Mining Rig but he did left one GTX 1080 and DDR4 RAM(I bealive 8 gigs). Now, what he wants is to buy some motherboard and cpu(something like Ryzen would be preferable). Also he wants to buy that as cheap as possible. Any help would be appriciated.

Im living in Serbia. My budget is around from 200-300$
